How To Return a Product?

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on Daraz app or website. Return request must be raised within 14 days for DarazMall items, or within 7 days for non-DarazMall items from the date of delivery.

For selected categories, we accept a change of mind. Please refer to the section below on Return Policy per Category for more information.

  1. Call (+92) 309 9339944 to create your return request
  2. Repack your parcel securely with the product in the original undamaged manufacturer's packaging you received, on the time of delivery.
  3. Attach the return label, that you received with your order, to the top of the parcel (ensure that the delivery label is covered/secured).
