How To Return a Product?
If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on Daraz app or website. Return request must be raised within 14 days for DarazMall items, or within 7 days for non-DarazMall items from the date of delivery.
For selected categories, we accept a change of mind. Please refer to the section below on Return Policy per Category for more information.
- Call (+92) 309 9339944 to create your return request
- Repack your www.amax.pk parcel securely with the product in the original undamaged manufacturer's packaging you received, on the time of delivery.
- Attach the return label, that you received with your order, to the top of the parcel (ensure that the delivery label is covered/secured).
